Per rendere l’impianto sicuro e resistente agli agenti atmosferici come vento e grandine, la struttura di protezione viene ancorata a terra con dei sistemi di ancoraggi per vigneto in grado di sostenere le spinte laterali e longitudinali.
Forniamo diverse tipologie di ancoraggi per vigneto in funzione dell’impianto e della tipologia di terreno.
Gli ancoraggi per vigneto sono costituiti da un elemento infisso nel terreno e uno o più fili di collegamento che assicurano all’impianto stabilità e durata nel tempo.
La nostra azienda dispone delle seguenti tipologie di prodotto:
- Ancore ad elica: semplici, versatili e particolarmente adatti a terreni privi di scheletro. Presentano eliche in acciaio zincato di varie dimensioni e lunghezze. Le ancore ad elica costituiscono la soluzione più rapida ed economica per fissare al terreno i pali testa e fili del vigneto. Adatte anche ai terreni meno scheletrici. Vengono applicate ad avvitamento nel suolo mediante trivella idraulica.
- Ancore a piastra: la soluzione più sicura in caso di condizioni estreme di lavoro come terreni in pendenza, filari molto lunghi ecc. Presentano piastre in cemento con asta e fermo in acciaio zincato. Per evitare che i pali testa possano sprofondare nel terreno per effetto dell’irrigazione o del carico dell’uva, si applica una piastra anti sprofondamento nel palo testa e si blocca ad esso con un pin. La piastra può essere zincata a caldo o in lamiera zincata.
- Ancore a battere: tra i vari ancoraggi per vigneto, questa è la soluzione utilizzata in terreni che non hanno elevata capacità di tenuta, esempio in terreni sabbiosi. L’ancora viene posizionata a 200 cm di profondità e consente una volta messa in opera di resistere ad elevate tensioni.
